Idiot Proof Diet Menu Samples

If you want to take it easy and need a lot of carbs in your diet, you should start out with the idiot proof diet regular plan.

A lot faster is the second plan, where you will be using the idiot proof diet generator to speed up the weight loss process.

The third and fastest plan is called “Beyond Calories”, which is an add-on to the regular Idiot Proof Diet

I have tried all 3 Idiot Proof Diet plans and have to say that with the Beyond Calories plan I was able to loose 2 additional pounds in 10 days!

 

Below are some sample Idiot Proof Diet Menu Plans,

incl. one for Vegetarians.


Remember, that those menu’s were put together according to my personal favorite foods, it might look completely different depending on the foods of your choice.

Day 1

Meal #1:
  • Sausage Link
  • Hard boiled egg
  • Bowl of Pinto Beans
Meal #2:
  • Bowl of Oatmeal
  • Scrambled eggs
  • Roast beef slices
Meal #3:
  • Shrimp
Meal #4:
  • Bacon Strips
  • Frozen yogurt dessert

Day 2

Meal #1:
  • 1 Deli meat sandwich (2 slices of bread, deli meat and lettuce, tomatoes and onions optional)
  • for the rest of the day you can eat fresh fruit only

This will speed up the process and also detox your body.

Day 3

Meal #1:
  • Cicken
  • Scrambled Eggs
Meal #2:
  • Tuna Salad Plate
  • Cheese
Meal #3:
  • Cottage Cheese
  • Banana milk shake
Meal #4:
  • Bacon Strips
  • Hard boiled eggs
  • Milk

Day 4

Meal #1:
  • Scrambled Eggs
  • Roast beef slices
Meal #2:
  • Garden salad
  • Fresh apples or pears
Meal #3:
  • Baked beans
  • Fruit salad desert
Meal #4:
  • Chicken sandwich
  • Orange Pineapple smoothie desert
