there are a couple of different choices, that you have once you have decided on giving the Idiot Proof Diet a try.

Below you will find my uncensored review on the idiot proof diet plans, that I am familiar with, since I have tried them myself.

Why am I writing this at all?

 

Well, when I was thinking about buying the Idiot Proof Diet Handbook, there weren’t many real reviews around, just some websites from people, who obviously wanted to sell the plan, but never even tried it.

I did try and succeed with Idiot Proof Diet and I decided to write this review quickly to help any of you, who are in the same position I was.

But be warned I’ll be going into both the good and the bad points, so if that’s something you might not want to hear, then you may as well leave now.

After trying out countless weight loss products, because I’ve been overweight for the longest time and I desperately wanted to loose some weight, I accidently came across the idiot proof diet.

After a couple of days of online research, I decided to give it a try.

The Idiot Proof diet aka fat loss 4 idiots is based on the fact, that you will eat different amounts of calories each day to confuse your metabolism, which forces your body to burn fat faster.

With the help of the idiot proof diet generator in the members area you can choose your favorite foods and it will then generate your 11 day menu plan.

After 11 days, you get to have 3 cheat days, where you can eat whatever you want to.

Then, if you need to lose more weight, you’ll start over with another 11 days and so on, until you have your desired weight.


I really liked….


  • The EASY and PRACTICAL food choices, for people on the go 
  • That you can eat 4 times a day until you are satisfied, no food cravings here
  • The Idiot Proof Diet plan gives you 3 “cheat days” every 11 days, where you can eat any food your heart desires.
  • It is safe and natural for anyone.
  • You buy your own food, so it doesn’t rip a hole in your budget.
  • No expensive pre-packed foods and supplements to buy.
  • Preparation is easy, you can do it any way you want.
  • Their idiot proof diet generator counts the calories for you.
  • It’s affordable to buy, no monthly fee, but unlimited access to their online diet generator.
  • The idiot proof diet plan is easy to understand and easy to follow.

 

What I did not like so much..


  • The idiot proof diet requires you to do some light walking every day. Here I did have my issues with, so I only walked 2-3 times a week.  I was really sore in the beginning, but after a while I got used to it. Still don’t like it all that much, but it really helped to speed up the dieting process
  • Every once in a while the Idiot Proof Diet Generator gives you some weird choices like eating some cheese together with sour cream. That annoyed me in the beginning quite a bit, but over time I learned, how to overrule the menu plan with something, that actually made sense.

 

Despite those 2 drawbacks, I have to say, that the Idiot Proof

Diet worked really well for me as you can see in the picture above.


I have lost 75lbs. in just 2 months and I love it.

Since I had also bought the add-on they offer, which is called Beyond Calories, I tried that one, too.

I had already made some progress , but really wanted to give it a boost.

With Beyond Calories you are allowed to eat up to 6 times a day and you have a lot more food choices.

It’s pretty much an accelerated version of Calorie Shifting, which you’ll do for 10 days instead of 11 days and

WOW!! I lost 2lbs. more in 10 days, than I had lost my first 11 days.

Now that’s what I really loved, a lot!!

Meanwhile, there is another website and they are basicly offering the same thing.

Main difference is, that they have a TRIAL Version for 1 Month for merely $4.95.

It’s a membership site, so after the initial first month, they’ll charge you $19.95 for each month you’ll stay on as a member.

They have a community support forum, where you can communicate with other diet club members, which is a neat thing, really.

Idiot Proof Diet Menu Samples

idiot proof dietWith the Idiot Proof Diet you have 3 choices, depending on how fast you want to lose weight.

If you want to take it easy and need a lot of carbs in your diet, you should start out with the idiot proof diet regular plan.

A lot faster is the second plan, where you will be using the idiot proof diet generator to speed up the weight loss process.

The third and fastest plan is called “Beyond Calories”, which is an add-on to the regular Idiot Proof Diet

I have tried all 3 Idiot Proof Diet plans and have to say that with the Beyond Calories plan I was able to loose 2 additional pounds in 10 days!

 

Below are some sample Idiot Proof Diet Menu Plans,

incl. one for Vegetarians.


Remember, that those menu’s were put together according to my personal favorite foods, it might look completely different depending on the foods of your choice.

  • Roast beef slices

  • 1 Deli meat sandwich (2 slices of bread, deli meat and lettuce, tomatoes and onions optional)
  • for the rest of the day you can eat fresh fruit only

This will speed up the process and also detox your body.

Day 3

Meal #1:
  • Cicken
  • Scrambled Eggs
Meal #2:
  • Tuna Salad Plate
  • Cheese
Meal #3:
  • Cottage Cheese
  • Banana milk shake
Meal #4:
  • Bacon Strips
  • Hard boiled eggs
  • Milk

Day 4

Meal #1:
  • Scrambled Eggs
  • Roast beef slices
Meal #2:
  • Garden salad
  • Fresh apples or pears
Meal #3:
  • Baked beans

The Idiot Proof Diet Handbook Rules

Hi, Maria again,

before I’ll start posting some sample Idiot Proof Diet meal plans, I’ll post the general rules provided in the Idiot Proof Diet Handbook.

I will also post some sample Idiot Proof Diet Menu Plans for Vegetarians.

 

The Idiot Proof Diet changes your calories daily.

 

Every day your calories will be shifted to force fast weight loss.

With the help of the Idiot Proof Diet Generator in the members area you don’t have to count your carbs anymore.

You can select your favorite foods and the diet generator will provide you with an Idiot Proof Diet Menu.

There are no Calorie limits, you are allowed to eat until you are satisfied.

You are allowed to eat 4 meals a day and you can switch around the order in which you eat those meals.

 

The following drinks are allowed on the idiot proof diet:


  • Diet Sodas

  • Coffee

  • Tea

  • Water

There are a couple of condiments allowed, f.e. ketchup or barbecue sauce to name a few.


  • Drinking a lot of water is mandatory, as it speeds up the weight loss process.

  • You are allowed to drink one glass of wine every day.

Idiot Proof Diet – How it works

If you haven’t already heard of the Idiot Proof Diet, I will explain below real quick what it is and how the Idiot Proof Diet works.

The Idiot Proof Diet is also known by a couple of other names including Fat Loss 4 Idiots and Weight Loss for Idiots.


It is currently one of the most popular online diets,

but does the Idiot Proof Diet work? And how does it

work?

According to online forums, most people who try the Idiot Proof Diet
report significant weight loss with the Diet for Idiots.

In order to understand why this diet works while many other types of diets fail, let’s take a look at the science behind it.

The main concept is explained in the Idiot Proof Diet Handbook and  revolves around shifting calories.

Shifting calories basicly means, that you vary the number of calories you eat each day.

However, the Idiot Proof Diet Cookbook takes it one step further and also varies the types of calories that you eat and the times at which you eat the calories.

Why does shifting calories matter?

Well, the problem with most other types of diets including low fat, low carb and “starvation” diets is that they don’t give your body enough calories to use for energy.

Your metabolism compensates for this by slowing down and burning fewer calories. When your metabolism slows down then it becomes harder to lose weight and easier to gain it back when you eventually go off the diet.

You just repeat the 11 day cycle as often as you would like until you have lost as much weight as you want to.
