Our webmaster, site designer, writer, proof reader, editor, publisher, graphics and animation artist, site reviewer,  ’feature sites’ judge and jury, marketing specialist, traffic analyst, chief cook, bottle washer and keyboard duster all welcome you to our little corner of the World Wide Web.

OK, I confess..

I, Maria, am ’us’…and did I mention ’site update facilitator’?

This project began a while back. Long after I had my baby girl, who has grown just a bit as you can see on the pic. I grew, too, – older that is, but still skinny, yes sir.

So yes, I started dieting back then, and after trying out countless programs, I had finally found one that worked for me.

At one point I decided to design this website, telling everyone all about it, so you don’t have to go through trial and error for months or even years, to find out what works and what doesn’t.

So, Idiot Proof Diet was born.

I will add more Weight Loss and Diet related stuff as I go along, so come back often and check.
